I feel really bad for the fish in the waiting room. It's awful. The pump is so loud it is like watching them being tortured. It breaks my heart somebody really needs to make the fish tank animal cruelty free. This was 4 months ago I seen I quit going here but it has been on my mind ever since. I don't do reviews but I just had to say something

I had an eval in November and have been calling for the last 5 months to get a follow up appointment to go over test results and had a follow up appointment finally scheduled via telehealth that the doctor never showed up for. I called the office and they said the doctor was confused why I was on her schedule. The secretary said the office manager would be reaching out to me, this was weeks ago. I never got a call or even a missed call and voicemail. I keep calling and no one ever returns my call, I can’t get in with my doctor for a refill on my psych meds. This is absolute medical negligence if ever I have seen it. How can a doctor just blow you off and the practice just ghosts you and won’t return any calls? After coming highly recommended by my PCP office too!!! They said they would take me on as a client and then proceeded to play games with my health by refusing to return any calls to schedule and see my doctor. I waited 2 years to find a psychiatry office that was taking new clients that would accept me for them to behave like this. Absolutely absurd, reporting to the PA Department of Health.

I had the pleasure of having Emma Embar as my therapist. She was instrumental in helping me achieve my main goal and why I sought Summit’s services initially. She is a brilliant young social worker who makes you feel like a good friend. I can’t thank her enough

Maybe people that are giving bad reviews are not happy because they wanted drugs! This office is to help if medicine is needed you will get it. I’ve never had a bad experience!!! The staff is awesome!!!! Dr B 😄
